Hatha yoga is meant to take you to a meditative state, and we find that it is best practiced in a tranquil location where you can feel at home. Therefore we are happy to invite you to our venue right in the city center of Oslo/Trondheim.
Our classes at Oslo Meditasjonsskole are non-competitive and focus on safely progressing from easy to more challenging poses. During our classes, modifications will be offered to either make the pose more accessible for those who are beginners to yoga, or more challenging for those who are more advanced. Our classes are suitable for all levels and include meditation and relaxation. We provide a genuine and holistic yoga practice that enhances the physical and emotional health of our students.
Yoga is the most ancient system for physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. The aim of all the yoga processes is to ultimately help the individual achieve complete harmony. The different systems of yoga have techniques and practices ranging from physical postures (asanas) to the deepest stages of meditation. Our yoga studio strives to be a source of inspiration and joy while being confidently rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga.

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS: A gradual introduction with detailed guidance to yoga asanas and breathing techniques. During this course you will gain more inspiration & confidence in your personal practice. We will share our best advice to help you achieve your yoga goals. No previous experience required.
